Energy Australia announced this morning that had entered a purchase agreement for the acquisition of Mt Piper and Wallerawang power stations. The managing director Richard McIndoe said that Delta employees transferring to the new ownership will do so on current terms and conditions and with important guarantees and benefits.The sale price was announced at just $160 million considerably less than what the NSW Government had previously indicated as a likely return on the sale. source - Lithgow Mercury 25 July 2013
